Everything you need to know

Synclat is the trusted infrastructure layer for Latin music in global sync. The platform makes Latin music discoverable, rights-clear, and licensable for film, television, advertising, and games, powered by enriched Latin metadata that respects the cultural and stylistic granularity of the catalog. It is where majors and the independent ecosystem come together to elevate Latin music on the global screen, built by people who understand it from the inside.

SABIA is Synclat's Smart Agent for Briefs and Intelligent Automation, a music discovery engine built for sync. It indexes every track by mood, BPM, genre, cultural origin, rich metadata, and usage context, enabling supervisors to match briefs instantly and connect with rights holders for negotiation. Artists and rights holders gain intelligent visibility with decision-makers actively searching for their music.

Synclat offers two models: Nano, a fixed-rate pre-cleared license that lets supervisors move fast while ensuring artists and rights holders receive prompt, transparent payment; and Bespoke, a fully negotiated deal made directly between all parties, designed for high-value placements where custom terms reflect the full scope of the use.

Synclat is built for everyone in the Latin sync ecosystem. Music Supervisors and agencies use it to discover, audition, and clear Latin music quickly. Artists and producers use it to get their music in front of the right decision-makers globally. Labels and rights holders use it to manage their catalog, set licensing terms, and monetize placements with full control and transparency.

Synclat indexes 285+ genres and subgenres across 20 Latin countries, from Reggaeton, Cumbia, and Salsa to Sertanejo, Forró, Vallenato, Joropo, and beyond. It is the most comprehensive Latin music catalog built for sync licensing.

With a Nano license, supervisors clear a track instantly while artists and rights holders receive a confirmed placement and payment, with no back-and-forth required. Bespoke deals follow a structured workflow where all parties negotiate directly, typically resolving in days rather than the 7–9 months of traditional sync processes.

Synclat is in early closed beta. Join the waitlist at synclat.ai for early access and be among the first on the platform. We are rolling out invitations frequently, so add your name now and watch your inbox.

Synclat is a free-access, closed early-beta platform, currently open by invitation or waitlist only.

Artists and rights holders upload tracks through Synclat's dedicated dashboard. Each track is then indexed by SABIA with mood, BPM, genre, and usage tags, making it discoverable to supervisors and brands searching for Latin music. The platform handles metadata, rights attribution, and deal documentation in one place.

Rights always remain with the artist or rights holder. Synclat facilitates the licensing transaction and does not acquire, claim, or co-own any music on the platform. Every licensing agreement is made directly between the buyer and the rights holder, with Synclat providing the infrastructure, documentation, and payment flow.

Yes. Full-quality previews are available for every track in the catalog so supervisors can audition music before committing to a license. Artists and rights holders retain full control over how their music is presented and can specify preview permissions per track.

Synclat is a global platform. While our catalog is built around Latin music from 20 countries, licenses can be issued for use in any territory worldwide. Rights holders can specify territorial restrictions per track, and supervisors can filter by territory during their search to ensure they find music cleared for their specific market.

No. Synclat does not accept, ingest, or work with AI-generated music. Every track in our catalog is created by human artists. This is a firm commitment to the Latin music community, to rights holders, and to the supervisors and brands who rely on authentic, human-made music for their projects.

Synclat runs on a commission model. Joining and listing a catalog are free, with no upfront fees and no subscriptions. For each license that closes, Synclat and the rights holder agree a percentage of the final license fee in advance. The rights holder keeps the majority of every deal, and Synclat earns its agreed share only when a placement actually pays out. No placement, no fee, so our incentives stay aligned with the artists and rights holders we serve.
